PurchaseSoft has been selected by the U.S.-Mexico
Chamber of Commerce to help pioneer an important trade
initiative called "Wiring the Border." Created in
response to the shared vision of the United States
and Mexico to bring NAFTA into the Internet age, Wiring
the Border will initially connect hundreds, and eventually
thousands, of small- and medium-size suppliers to
promote cross-border trade.
PurchaseSoft's eProcurement software was chosen to
power the Wiring the Border initiative because we
have the right combination of software technology,
administrative, technical and support teams, and the
right insights to the entrepreneurial spirit to enable
trade between companies of different sizes and disparate
levels of technology.
The Chamber and its alliance partner Cornerstone Communications
plan to conduct marketplace seminars in key border communities
to introduce companies along the border to the buying
offices of large businesses and the federal buying community.
You can learn more about the Wiring the Border initiative
by reading our recent press
release or visiting www.usmcoc.org.
